7-Minute Morning Workout

Working out doesn’t always have to be so difficult, boring, or long. For those days when you know you won’t have enough time or simply don’t feel like going to the gym, here is a quick workout that you can do pretty much anywhere, without any machines or weights at all. It can take as short as 7 minutes and as long as 21 minutes, depending how many reps you do. Each exercise is done for 30 seconds, with a rest of 5 seconds in between each exercise…

  1. Jumping Jacks
  2. Pushups
  3. Sit ups
  4. Plank
  5. Side plank (right)
  6. Side plank (left)
  7. Wall Sit
  8. High Knees
  9. Squats
  10. Butt Kicks
  11. Luges
  12. Jump lunges

Doing these exercises when you wake up every morning will ensure that you workout every day (even if it’s a small one), and you will feel more accomplished by starting your day off in a healthy manner.
